Asabsys is a SaaS platform specialized in managing debts, installments and business operations for auto-parts stores and e-commerce shops in Iraq. It lets stores track customer debts, manage inventory, and share reputation data across the store network. It acts as a technical intermediary that safeguards the rights of all parties under the usage agreement.

• The applicant must be the store owner or an officially authorized representative.
• Subscription is monthly and renewed in coordination with platform management.
• Management may reject any application without stating reasons.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of Iraqi law is prohibited.
• If the subscription expires without renewal, the account is automatically suspended while data is retained.
• Using the Asabsys dashboard implies automatic acceptance of the platform's electronically updated policies.

• The store owner bears full responsibility for the accuracy of product information and uploaded images.
• An order is only binding after the buyer receives an electronic confirmation message.
• The buyer may cancel the order before the store confirms shipping.
• Return costs are borne by the seller if the fault is theirs, and by the buyer in case of a change of mind.

• Bidders must be registered with an active payment method to ensure seriousness.
• Placing a bid constitutes a binding purchase contract if you win.
• Auctions are automatically extended by one extra minute when a bid arrives in the final seconds, to prevent sniping.
• Auction sales are "as is" and are non-returnable except in cases of fraud or clear violation of the description.
• The platform deducts a set commission from the final sale value, communicated upon account activation.

• Subscription fees are set by management and communicated upon application approval.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after account activation.
• A reminder is sent 7 days before the subscription expires.
• Upon completing any purchase or winning an auction, the buyer receives an electronic summary of their rights.

• All data is stored securely on encrypted Supabase servers.
• Store data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
• Customer data (phone numbers) is used only for the reputation-sharing system between subscribed stores.
• Buyer data is shown to the seller only to complete delivery.
• The store owner may request deletion of their data upon ending the subscription.

🔐 The platform collects encrypted technical identifiers (device fingerprint) from the user's browser during login and bidding. These identifiers contain no personally identifiable data and are used exclusively to secure financial operations and prevent fraud and double bidding. They are never shared with any third party.

• Returns are accepted in these cases: damaged product, not matching the description, or quantity shortage.
• A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the seller if the fault is theirs, and by the buyer in case of a change of mind.
• Auction sales are non-returnable except in documented cases of fraud.

• Asabsys is a technical intermediary and is not responsible for goods quality or shipping delays caused by carriers.
• The platform intervenes to resolve disputes between seller and buyer according to approved policies.
• The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from account misuse by the user.

• Technical support is provided via WhatsApp and the management email during working hours.
• Management reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach the terms.

Asabsys is committed to providing a safe and lawful commerce environment for all its users in Iraq. This policy is based on the Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, the Consumer Protection Law No. 1 of 2010, the Anti-Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 50 of 2017, the Weapons Law No. 51 of 2017, and the directives of the Central Bank of Iraq. Selling or promoting any product or service listed in this policy through stores hosted on our platform is strictly prohibited.

• Our restrictions are based on the directives of the Central Bank of Iraq and local financial regulators, in addition to the policies of global card networks, local e-wallets and payment partners.
• As a merchant using our services, you bear full responsibility for ensuring all your products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations and do not violate this policy.
• We reserve the absolute right to remove any products or services that, at our sole discretion, violate these guidelines or may harm Asabsys users or our platform.
• Repeated non-compliance may lead to permanent suspension or termination of your store account, with possible referral to the relevant legal authorities.

• All narcotics and psychotropic substances listed in the schedules of Law No. 50 of 2017, including natural and synthetic substances such as cannabis, opium, cocaine, heroin and amphetamines.
• Chemical precursors used in drug manufacturing listed in Schedules 9 and 10 of the same law.
• Khat and any other prohibited narcotic plants or preparations under Iraqi law.
• Any tools or equipment designed for manufacturing or consuming illegal substances.

• Alcoholic beverages of all kinds under the Iraqi Penal Code and relevant Revolutionary Command Council resolutions.
• Tobacco and e-smoking products of all kinds, such as e-cigarettes, vape devices and e-liquids, subject to official marketing restrictions.
• Any products containing alcohol or narcotic substances exceeding legally permitted limits.

• Military weapons and their parts and ammunition under Weapons Law No. 51 of 2017; their sale or advertisement by unlicensed individuals or entities is strictly prohibited.
• Firearms such as pistols, rifles and automatic weapons, except for shops holding an official licence from the Minister of Interior.
• Unlicensed ammunition, explosives, bombs and highly flammable materials.
• Communication-tampering equipment such as unlicensed signal jammers and surveillance devices, under Iraqi telecommunications law.
• Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) not licensed by the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority.

• Medicines and pharmaceutical preparations sold outside official frameworks without a licence from the Iraqi Ministry of Health.
• Dietary supplements and herbal products not registered with the Central Organisation for Standardisation and Quality Control (COSQC).
• Weight-loss products and medicines claiming unrealistic or scientifically unproven results.
• Sensitive medical devices requiring a Ministry of Health licence for sale and distribution.

• Academic cheating services such as writing research papers, exam assistance or selling test questions.
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) and any pyramid-scheme activities prohibited under Iraqi law.
• E-vouchers, digital platform subscriptions (like Netflix and Spotify) and prepaid cards.
• Cryptocurrencies, trading and forex activities not licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq.
• Gambling, betting and lottery activities in all their digital and physical forms, prohibited under Iraqi law.

• Selling or transferring digital accounts on any online platforms.
• Social-engagement manipulation services, such as increasing followers or likes or using bots to create fake engagement on social media.
• Counterfeit and fraudulent goods infringing intellectual property rights and trademarks, under Consumer Protection Law No. 1 of 2010.

• Astrology and fortune-telling services such as horoscope or palm reading or any form of future prediction.
• Spiritual healing, magic, or any scientifically unproven treatment claims.

• Content inciting hatred, extremism or terrorism, prohibited under the Iraqi Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005.
• Copyright-protected content without explicit permission from its owners.
• Fake reference and review provision services.
• Sexual or sensual products prohibited under Iraqi law.
• Endangered or protected animals and plants under international conventions ratified by Iraq.
